Jill Corkin, MNZM, BA, DipTchg
Chairperson
Jill is an experienced educator and former principal of two large primary schools in Auckland and the establishment principal of Snells Beach School. In the 2017 New Years Honours list, Jill was made a Member of the NZ Order of Merit for her services to education, recognising her many leadership roles across national ministerial working groups, as President of principals’ groups and convenor of national principals’ conferences, amongst others. She continues to work in education in statutory roles for the Ministry of Education and is passionate about the provision of education locally for our young people.
Natalie Fronczyk, ACMA, CIMA

Natalie is a qualified accountant with 19 years of experience across a mix of corporate and small business accounting. Originally from England, she now lives in Mangawhai with her husband and two children, who are the inspiration for her involvement with this project. Natalie is a dedicated parent advocating for a high quality education option for the young people of Mangawhai.
Alan Corkin
Trustee
Alan’s background is in corporate sales and small business ownership, most recently with experience in real estate and property. He brings the skills and knowledge of these sectors to this project. As a long-term resident of Mangawhai, he is very keen to see a secondary school established here, as a logical and necessary step for the community.

Purpose of Mangawhai Education Trust

The Trust is established to further purposes in Aotearoa:
(a) to establish, advance, fund and support the secondary school known as Mangawhai College in furtherance of education;
(b) to provide financial assistance to students seeking to study at Mangawhai College through the provision of scholarships based on financial need, academic achievement or any other criteria determined by the Trustees;
(c) to advance, support and further education in any other ways that the Trustees think fit;

(d) for any other purposes within New Zealand which are charitable according to the law of New Zealand.
